Beautiful gravel roads but note that there’s private land up near the Red River / OK border that requires backtracking. Always seems to be windy up there, so prepare mentally for that inevitability

Started in Muenster and went East side of the main loop. Headed north towards Oklahoma then looped back Southwest towards Marysville -> took a right at Marysville (which isn't really a town I could see) and headed West. Took a left and headed South at the "middle" N to S road. Thats the long way to say....the East loop is little over 60 miles. Didn't see any gas stations along the way - nor did I see any on google maps - prep accordingly. Nice route - all packed gravel (loose big chucks in places) except the first/last few miles which is "paved". The loop up by Oklahoma is partially private land (on the north most point) - so I had to turn around 1/2 into the Oklahoma loop - no big deal the up/back from the loop connects. A couple of good climbs along the way (4,000 ft or so of climbing total). Going to try the "West loop" (Saint Jo -> Bonita) this weekend.

Very nice route, I'd suggest to change it to include more gravel at the beginning. No cars, very well packed gravel, lots of climbing.
