Did this route starting from the Buff Creek MTB parking lot. Overall pretty sweet, the road section along the river between Deckers/Nighthawk is a bit busy, then along the South Platte where it turns to gravel is somewhat busy also and SUPER washboarded, so be ready. I also added on the 67 climb up to sprucewood and back down which was a grinder for sure, but nice scenery/views. The southernmost portion of this is fairly sandy in a few spots (out by Cheesman res) so be aware if you're running narrow tires.

First 10 miles paved, then 10-15 oiled dirt. The rest is good gravel or double-track. A few steeper, rougher sections just before and after Wellington Lake. Sweet scenery everywhere.
