Not 100% gravel. I'd say 75% or so. There are about 10 miles of paved sections over the entire route, most of that is in the back half. So really pretty good! A bit pucker inducing riding a bike along 15, but it's flat and the shoulder is wide so not terrible. The section around/in Raspberry Falls is nice, although right at the end you end up on Selma Lane, which is marked private property (don't know if it really is) and you have to hop a gate, but its a quick section. Overall a good loop with some nice smooth gravel.
