Still a great downhill. Several downed trees blocking the road. I was able to ride across the creek (but not the sandy part on the west side of the creek) in late July. Note that the other roads labeled Old Cazadero on the map (south of this segment), including those with Google Streetview, are private property. I tried one and someone came out and told me so. What a shame.

Rode 11/12/22 East to West as listed. "No county Maintenance" "Enter at your own Risk" signs. Great downhill for a gravel bike and a not very technical rider. Lots of private property signs encouraging you not to leave the road, and some additional gates along the way. I walked the creek at the bottom 6+ inches of water so both feet wet. No issues finding the right road going this way - but I think if I went the other way one or two of the turns might have seemed like driveways.

Rode on 6/19/22. You have to pass through 3 gates but it seems like they are mainly concerned about motorized vehicles. Fairly wide tires recommended, and make sure your brakes work - it's a long downhill! I was able to ride across the creek with only one foot getting wet. Amazing views!

Great abandoned road. Definitely a gravel bike route. A little banjo land near Cazadero after you cross the creek. Warning... the creek is wet and shoes will get soaked.

We expect to be taking this road en route to Cazadero Music Camp, June 23, 2018. Maybe I'll remember to report.
