From Nebr Game and Parks, Ogallala to E County Rd T, Paxton, Keith County, Nebraska
You will have to cross the Lake Ogallala damn by walking your bike if you start from the campground. Tight, but you can stand your bike up on one wheel. That is easiest. You may not see a car the entire ride. Open to the public. It is a really smooth gravel canal road used for maintenance.

Thanks for posting this. I would never know that this route was here or open had you not posted it! I started from the Biological Station to avoid the fee at the rec area. Worked fine.
